RETURN POLICY
The product(s) purchased from our website can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the receiving date of the purchased product(s). If, in any case, 3 days have passed from the receiving date of the purchased product(s), we do not offer any option either for return or for exchange.
The product(s) can be exchanged for the same product(s) or for any other product(s).
Eligibility Criteria
The product(s) can be returned or exchanged in case you receive the damaged or broken or wrong product(s). In case you received the damaged or broken or wrong product(s), the picture of the damaged or broken or wrong product(s) must be sent at brassncraft@gmail.com or at our whatsapp number - 8979182559 within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) along with the remedy wanted (return/exchange).
Furthermore, the product(s) must be unused and must be in the same condition in which you received the product(s). The product(s) must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping
Once the return or exchange is approved, we will arrange for a pick-up of the product(s).
Refund (if applicable)
Once your returned/exchanged product(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned/exchanged product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be refunded to your bank account or wallet depending upon the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NOTE - THE COD ORDERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY.
In case we find that the product(s) you have returned is used, the refund will not be initiated and the product(s) will be reshipped to you at the address mentioned by you while placing the order. In case, you do not accept the reshipped product(s), you will still not be eligible for the refund and we will have no liability in reference to the refund of the reshipped product(s).
Late Refund (if applicable)
It usually takes 7-21 working days for the amount to be reflected in the bank account. If you do not receive the refund, kindly check with your bank account once.
