Made in Ornate brass, this set of brass idols is that of consorts - Tirupati Balaji (Lord Vishnu) and Devi Padmavati (Goddess Lakshmi). It is believed that after their Kalyanam both deities proceeded to make the Tirumala hill their abode which now stands as a marvelous temple, counted among the most sacred sites for Hindus. Lord Venkateshwara stands straight in affirmation holding the Sudarshana Chakra, and Panchajanaya as he blesses in the Varada Mudra and rests another hand in Katihasta while Devi Padmavati sits in a Padmasana holding two lotus buds with her front hands in Abhaya and Varada mudra.
